Wellbeing & good wishes
A small vessel for heartfelt wishes.
Wellbeing & good wishes
The gourd appears in Chinese folk decoration. Its many seeds and the sound of its name, hulu, have inspired wishes for descendants, blessings, and prosperity. Our design offers a broader wish for wellbeing.
Inside this paper pattern
Two unequal lobes meet at a narrow waist. A small blossom fills the lower lobe, while a broad opening keeps the upper lobe light.
A wish to give
Choose a paper color and take your time with the openings. Export your finished piece as a keepsake or share it with someone you care about. Meanings in folk art vary by place and occasion; the wish you add can be personal.
