Chinese Paper Cut supplies a one-time digital ZIP download, not a physical item or subscription. Each collection's product page describes its designs, file formats and included tutorials. Each collection costs USD $3.99; the purchasing email's first successful template purchase receives 20% off, rounded to $3.19, shared across all collections. No shipping charge applies. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees. No account or email verification is required before purchase. Enter an email you can access; it is used for delivery and order recovery. After payment is confirmed, download from My purchases in the browser used to buy. On another browser, or after clearing purchase cookies, verify the purchasing email with a one-time code to retrieve your orders. Keep a local backup. A ZIP extractor and PDF reader are required; AI/TIF require compatible software. Physical trial cuts and cutting-machine compatibility have not been verified. You may print and use the patterns for your own crafting and teaching; do not redistribute, publish or resell the digital files as a collection or individual source files. No exclusive ownership is transferred. If a file is missing, corrupt, materially different from its description, or a purchase is duplicated, contact contact@chinesepapercut.com with your order number for help, replacement or a refund as appropriate. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. By selecting the consent checkbox you request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that any applicable 14-day cancellation right for a change of mind is lost once digital delivery begins. Refunds revoke future downloads. Buying or verifying your email does not subscribe you to marketing.

Before paying

Review the collection, file formats, languages, price and purchasing email. You can return from the payment provider before paying to correct your selection. Payment is a one-time purchase. Once the payment provider confirms payment, the return page makes your download available in My purchases without another sign-in step. A notification email links to My purchases, where you can verify your purchasing email to recover orders on another browser.

Contact and refunds

Email contact@chinesepapercut.com with your order number and the problem. We will review your request; these terms do not exclude remedies required by applicable consumer law. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; bank processing time varies.
